In winter we are not equipped to carry out repairs straight away.
The big service runs at the main shop of Bikewelt Gisler in Schattdorf. For that you register in advance at bikeweltgisler.ch.

When is my gear guaranteed to be ready?
If you hand in your gear in person by 17.00 on the chosen drop-off day, it is ready on the confirmed pick-up date. Piazza Gottardo and Gemsstockbahn from 08.00, The Nordic House from 09.00.
What does 'No rush' mean?
A later pick-up date helps our central workshop with planning. Depending on the active setting, a higher discount tier can be reserved as a result. The confirmed discount is automatically applied at drop-off.
How do I register for boot fitting?
Please request boot fitting appointments by phone or using the form at Piazza Gottardo. The consultation fee is credited.
